• Email alerts for new opportunities matching your preferences
• Subscription plans with varying levels of access

We act as an aggregator and do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any opportunity listed on our platform.

Registration: To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use our services.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Free Tier: Basic access is available at no cost with limited features (3 opportunity unlocks per month).

Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions provide enhanced access as described on our Pricing page. Prices are subject to change with notice.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Use automated tools to access the platform without our consent
• Resell or commercially exploit our services without authorization

Information Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any opportunity listings.

Third-Party Content: Opportunities listed on our platform are sourced from third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these opportunities.

No Employment Guarantee: Using our platform does not guarantee that you will secure any job, scholarship, grant, or other opportunity.

"As Is" Service: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PanAfriExchanges and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Any actions taken by third parties, including opportunity providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months.

The PanAfriExchanges platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content and third-party opportunity listings), is owned by PanAfriExchanges and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PanAfriExchanges, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to our platform

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PanAfriExchanges operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by:
